Examination Documents

Please submit the examination documents together with the checklist to our Producing Office. The application for the examination can be downloaded here. The Checklists, guidelines, and demonstration case recrods can be downloaded under the appropriate specialization category.

Exams are held semiannually, provisionally on the last Saturday of April and November. Registration for the exam should be received by us no later than three months before the exam date.

The case records must be received here no later than March 1st for the exam in April and no later than October 1st for the exam in November.
